Our instructors have been through rigorous programs to give you the best outdoor experience
and education possible. They have a wealth of knowledge and vast experience in all facets of
the outdoors. Take a minute to meet this amazing group of individuals.

Andy Denton
Andy is our fearless leader and CEO. He is ACA certified and
a NOLS graduate. His constant thrist for adventure in the outdoors have led him all over the country.
He is a fabulous cook that will have you believing you are at a gourmet restaurant in the middle of
nowhere. When Andy is at your side you are capable of anything.

David Luetzelschwab
David is patient and kind in
every environment he is placed in.
As an ACA certified instructor he has
helped with the BOW program to
promote the outdoor education of
women. He has also backpacked through the Grand
Canyon and the Appalachian Trails, as well as
considers himself a regular of the Bahamas Forfar Station.
David will give you gentle instruction with positive
motivation. All trips are a joy with Dave on board.

Joel Bredemeyer
Joel is the quiet and reserved addition to our rowdy group.
He is constant and observing, always there with a quick
stroke of intelligence. Joel is also ACA certified and
has a wealth of experience from his multiple backpacking and
traveling experiences. Truly a Jack of All trades, Joel shares his
great love of the outdoors during all his trips and classes.

Phil Gregg
Phil is our passion for the outdoors. He lives
and breathes the water as he paddles as
much as possible. He is ACA certified and
always excited about a new challenge. He
worked at the Forfar Field Station in the
Bahamas which gives him a unique inside
view of the Bahamas. Experience a trip with
Phil and you will always love the outdoors.

Dr. Larry Wiedman, Phd
Dr. Larry Wiedman is the director of the Environmental
Science Program at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne,
Indiana. Over the past 25 years he has led over 100 trips and
thousands to wilderness areas, hiking, white water rafting,
backpacking, SCUBA diving and snorkeling; many for multi
weeks. He is still an active ecology researcher with interests especially centered on
marine invertebrates that live on the world’s third largest barrier reef off Andros Island, Bahamas.
